LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
About 30 feet from shoreline the land will be leveled for placement of 16x28 foot earthen terrance upon which will be assembled on one end a 12 foot octagonal sauna.
