At Mitchell Humphrey, we both understand and respect your concerns about on-line privacy. You won't have to read pages of fine print to understand our policies. We never collect personal information without your knowledge and your explicit consent. Nor do we collect more information than required for the conduct of portal business.

For our FastTrackGov Citizen Connect portal, we request only the information we need to adequately identify you and required for your jurisdiction to process your e-Services. Registration to this portal will include your first and last name, address, phone number(s), and your email address. Services may require additional information as required by your jurisdiction.

Your information is only registered with the jurisdiction in which you register for services. While your registration information will not be directly disclosed by Mitchell Humphrey, submitting data may subject you to laws like Open Records requests or Sunshine law requests, where information can be requested from the jurisdiction. Check with your jurisdiction before submitting an application if you have privacy concerns. Jurisdictions may offer services such as "Safe at Home" laws to protect your information, which may only be available in-person. This portal may also offer public services to search/view the status of submitted/issued applications or run reports, which may include a subset of your application information.

We may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law. We also reserve the right to do so in the good faith belief that such action is required protect personal safety or to protect and defend our legal property rights.

We designed our portal so that you will never accidentally compromise your privacy. To submit personal information to us, you must always take some explicit action such as clicking a button.

Our web site does use cookies. Cookies are small files which your browser stores on your computer on our behalf. We use cookies only to personalize your visit and/or identify your session.

The browser does transmit the information in the cookie to our server, where it is stored for the duration of your session. Otherwise, the only record of the information you provide is stored on your own computer.
