I am requesting a permit to replace roof, siding, windows and doors in an existing 23L'x23W'x13'H storage shed. The shed was built in 1972 by the previous owners and is in need of maintenance to continue practical use. The shed is 32' from the shoreline +/-. The updated shed will have the same components as the existing shed and will not be changing size in footprint, height or use. It will be reroofed and painted to match other existing structures on the property which is charcoal/iron ore in color.
