The plan is to add 2 additional RV sites to 10404 Ash River Trail Orr MN 55771. The Lots meet set backs and state regulations. The only important thing to state is that the land would need to be filled in ~16" to meet county elevation rules.

Please describe:The plan would be to keep as much vegitation as possible. What remains will stay. The property to the West is a Resort that is in operation year round and the property to the East is owned by the applicant. The property to the North has 1 small trailer that lives there year round and the remainder cabins are not full time residents but rather vacation homes.

- Proof of appropriate liability insurance.

- Evidence of ownership.

- Other information as deemed necessary by the Director.
