LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
Remove current deteriorated 14 feet of retaining wall. Excavate and slope shoreline and replace with riprap. Install silt fencing on grade and cover with stone riprap. Current retaining wall has deteriorated down to water/ice damage. Shoreline is starting to erode.

EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES
Indicate the following erosion control measures that will be used (before, during and after) as part of your project.
1. Remove existing retaining wall. 2. Excavate and hand dig existing gravel shoreline to grade. 3. Install silt fencing and rock riprap. 4. Monitor and maintain riprap.
