LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
After storm damage, trees uprooted and I would like to make existing land match the other half of lake shore which means removal of dirt for less slope
