LAND ALTERATION

Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.

we will be adding 3 boulder walls that are 4' high each and approximately 35' long each to level out more of the backyard. we will rip-rap the shoreline and install a 14' wide sand beach. we will mulch and plant perrenilas behind the rip-rap. we will sod the areas that are leveled behind the walls. we will be moving approximately 20 yards of material on site.
