LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
Initial site preparation and clearing to determine the location of the proposed home to begin construction summer of 2024. The home structure will be at least 150' from the shoreline and conform to the property setback restrictions. The property access is via the existing private road.

EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES
