LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
Create a ramp to the lake to be able to launch a boat and put in a dock.

Backhoe will be used to dig ramp out, dirt that comes out will be put back on property and spread out.
EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES
Indicate the following erosion control measures that will be used (before, during and after) as part of your project.
Other- geo-webbing. 1. install geoweb materials for the access. The geo-web will be installed from the waters edge 25 feet back (landward). The geo-web will be filled with clean rock to prevent sediments from entering lake. 2. We will then cover the existing ramp with 2-3 inches of topsoil and seed and mulch. Erosion control blankets will also be used. 3. A silt fence will be installed at the edge of the lake to prevent sediment from entering the lake. The fence will remain until vegetation has been established. 4. no work will be completed below the ordinary high water level
