Recycling of non-contaminated project soils (topsoil, silt, clay, etc.).
Import and blending of materials to make specifications on projects (rock, sand, clay, peat).
The request is to expand the borrow pit to include crushing, portable hot mix, and recycling of asphalt and concrete.
All activities are dependent on the project. Not one of these activities is constant operation. All of these activities are portable and would move in, make material for a specific amount of time, and move out. Off and on activities seasonal in nature pending local projects

What type of visual screening will be used?
Natural topography and vegetation will be utilized for visual screening.
Along Maple Drive there is vegetative and some berm already. The other property lines have well established vegetative growth for screening.
