LAND ALTERATION
Land Alterations: Filling, grading, or excavating, on shore land property requires a land alteration permit if the activity that you are planning exceeds certain limits.
Removing intermittent drainage from pipe, moving fire ring, canoe racks, volleyball court, addition of steps and rock retaining walls, rock bed for intermittent creek. Reason/need: primarily erosion control, improved program use of land.

Mechanical - Backhoe and bucket for soil and rock and stump removal, if needed. May need to remove 1 or 2 white pine for roll in/out dock.

EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES
Indicate the following erosion control measures that will be used (before, during and after) as part of your project.
Local excavator for major work. Staff and volunteer for replanting grass. Staff will build steps, add rain gutters to boathouse, assist excavator with canoe racks.
